  • Communication - Unlimited WhatsApp support, with responses within 48 hours.

  • Weekly Feedback - Technical analysis of your lifts and review of key training aspects for the week.

  • End-of-Block Call - A 30-minute review every 4–6 weeks to assess progress, plan ahead, and catch up.

  • Nutrition and Lifestyle Support - Diet Planning provided upon request.

  • Long-Term Planning - Structured programming aligned with your competitive season and competition frequency.

  • Competition Support (Powerlifting) - Weight cut planning, Warm-up and attempt selection strategy. Competition-day handling (if date and location are feasible).

  • 3) If you choose to proceed, complete payment for the comprehensive Coaching Service through the Stripe link which you will recieve via email.

  • 4) Once payment is received, your new training block will be created, including tailored technical focuses and lifestyle strategies to enhance your performance.

  • 5) From here, everything is in place for you to reach the next level. Lets go!
